I bought these two tables for less than $600 shipped from Costco but I was frustrated because the sliding desk hinge on one of the desks wasn’t assembled properly and ended up chipping away at one of the corners. I called Epoch’s support team and got a great CSR by the name of Gabriel who ended up shipping me a replacement panel which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. However, Gabe was kind enough to offer a replacement desk afterwards and the entire process was pretty straight forward, taking less than a week from my call to get a replacement panel and finally a replacement table. My furniture from Ashley’s is also made in Vietnam but their customer service after the sale is awful so I’m very pleased with the excellent support that Epoch offers and the great customer service from Gabe. Will be buying again in the future knowing this company delivers great value furniture and actually cares about customer service!
