I have had the Astoria Bunk beds for 3 or 4 years now. We moved and they were put in storage. Of course the bolts got separated from the beds and when I went to put them together again... well no bolts. I called Customer Service and they were so helpful in getting me the right bolts. The beds went together in a breeze. They are as sturdy as the first time and look great. Customer Service- Thanks so much for your help, it is a pleasure doing business with you. See you next time.

You were so polite on the phone, and then, we were very surprised when the parts arrived so promptly - and with a personal note from you! I wanted to compliment you on both the quality of your bunkbeds and your service. I ordered the solid birch bunkbeds after considerable comparison shopping and contact with customer service. A knowledgeable person was always available to answer my questions and took the time to actually measure the dimensions of the corner support posts. The price on the beds was excellent and you were willing to time the shipment so that it arrived when we were at our seasonal residence (weather interfered with that plan).
The bunkbeds themselves are sturdy, well made and beautiful. All of the pieces were included and my husband was pleased that he did not have to drill any new holes – everything matched. He was also impressed that steel pins were used rather than wooden dowels at the connecting points. And I am pleased that I ordered the alarm clock/book tray for the upper bunk – my granddaughter will love it! Now all we need are the grandchildren to fill them up. The bed looks good, Is made with quality wood, went together very easily and is very sturdy. I wanted to provide some feedback because I know how important it is to receive impressions from the people purchasing your product. I am the father of a very energetic 8 year old boy. When Jared made his birthday wish-list this year, the item at the top of the list was a bunk/loft bed. My wife and I looked everywhere, at probably 100+ different beds both online and in local furniture stores. She is the "touchy feely" person, and I the "how's it built" guy. We are, in general, hard to please. We stopped at the Kirkland Costco Home store first, where we saw your Model #5115 Loft bed. Good price, great bed. Good start to our shopping trip...several stores later we still couldn't find a better bed. Nothing compared, really! We checked every furniture store we could think of, from Kirkland to Renton, and couldn't find a better bed for Jared. I'm usually pretty critical about product design. As a mechanical engineer, I design equipment for a living. My job is to get products that people want, that meet all of their expectations and that they can afford, into the market. I've designed several products in the past 15 years that have won critical acclaim. A "Consumer Report Best Buy" and a few industry leaders. I really pay attention to well designed products. I can't tell you how impressed I am with Jared's bed. I planned on an entire Sunday to assemble, but spent only 2 hours. The pieces fit together unbelievably well, and the instructions were clear and well written. Best of all, Jared is thrilled!! about his new bed. Thank you so much. I would appreciate you passing this email on to your design team. They've done a wonderful job and should be praised. I am a local fan, living and working in the Kirkland area. It is nice to know that somebody local has got it going in the right direction.

We wanted to thank you both for all of your help and concern with the security mailbox we purchased from Mail Boss. Your company has the best customer service we have experienced in many years. After a thief stole a package from our porch which contained a second security mailbox from Mailboss, Mailboss said they would immediately send out another one and call Fed Ex to file a claim. It was not enough for this thief to steal the mailbox before it could be put up, two days later on Christmas day, he came back and tried to break into our first Mailboss. The thief thought the keys he found with the stolen mailbox would allow him to open our first Mailboss and begin to steal our mail as he pleased. The thief did not get into our mailbox, the Mailboss locked into a position and the thief gave up. After discovering we could not open our mailbox and observing the lock had been tampered with, we again called your company. A special key was made and sent to us so we could open our mailbox. Your company also sent another lock to replace the one the thief tampered with. Our neighbors have asked about our mailbox from Mailboss. We have told them your customer service is outstanding and the lock outlasted the thief\'s patience.
